FAQ
How do you photograph weddings?
Like a documentary-style director, I focus on the natural, candid flow of things. I'll send you a guide to help you organize your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights and it's really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invitations, your themes on your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding extra special. I like to photograph traditional or non-traditional and laid-back weddings.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Seattle and Tacoma area. Yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
I try to work with families to choose a location within my free travel zone (within 25 miles from Tacoma, WA) to avoid any travel fees.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos depending on what session you booked;
Parties & Event - 1 to 3 weeks
Wedding & Elopement - 4 to 5 weeks
Engagement & Surprise proposal - within 1 to 2 weeks
Mini sessions & Portraits - after 1 week
Individual headshots - within 48 hrs.
Corporate or group headshots - 1 to 2 weeks
However, if you need your photos rushed, we can finish it for an extra fee depending how fast you need it.
You can download all the photos from the online gallery.
(A USB is provided containing your retouched photos when you book a wedding with us)
Do you offer package deals?
Yes! I can definitely work whatever your budget is. We can customize something depending on what you need or want.
How does payments work?
Once you’ve decided, I will forward a contract to you by email.
For weddings you will be required to pay a $350 deposit to reserve your date, with the balance being due 1 week before your wedding. You can do installments - however it’s most convenient for you.
For portrait sessions you can reserve your date by paying 1/2 down, and the balance is due the day of your session.
For both weddings and portrait and mini sessions I accept payment in the form of cash, paypal, venmo, zelle or personal checks with prior approval.
WHAT IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
If for some reason you need to reschedule your session let me know as soon as possible or no later than 1 week before the original date of service. There is no fee to reschedule your session, However, the retaining or reservation fee is non refundable.
If you need to reschedule your wedding date, I encouraged you to let me know the new date as soon as possible so I can ensure I’m not already booked. All wedding deposits are transferred and applied to the new date.
Should a wedding be canceled entirely all money paid above and beyond the $350 deposit will be refunded to you. The deposit amount of $350 is non refundable.

What if I don't like the photos?
I will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the services are produced in a style consistent with my current portfolio and I wills consult with you and incorporate any reasonable suggestions. However, I will use my artistic judgement when providing the services, and shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgement and artistic quality of the services; and a disagreement with my aesthetic judgement or artistic ability are not valid reasons for this matter.
